Fees may be refunded, minus a $20 admin fee, if you cancel your booking with a minimum 2 weeks before the class. There will be no refund if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the class. If you are unable to attend your class for whatever reason, you may let us know and have someone come in your place. If you cannot find someone to fill your spot, we will not give a refund but will offer you a half-price spot in another class.

Your booking may be directly transferred to another suitable person up to a week before the first class without penalty. No transfers will be allowed after this time and no refund will be given. If you are unable to attend one of your booked classes within a course, we will do our best to help you catch up with the rest of the class as needed but there will be no refund or make-up class.
